Required Qualifications

  • Certification : Valid NCLEX Certification.
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with strong clinical experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in acute care, ICU or emergency settings.
  • Skills: Excellent critical thinking, patient communication and time management abilities. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
